Terms of service

These terms cover herascrape.com and the herascrape API. Creating an account constitutes acceptance. The privacy, cookie and refund policies explain related handling of information and payments. We means the service operator; you means the account holder.

You must be 18 or older and able to contract. Provide accurate details and a working email address or supported Telegram identity. If acting for an organisation, you must have authority. Keep credentials secret, revoke exposed keys and notify support. Active-key usage is billed to the account, subject to applicable law and any responsibility we bear for security failures.

The API returns Instagram data in response to your queries across documented endpoints, including profiles, posts, comments, followers, following, stories and highlights. One call returns one page where pagination applies. Access restrictions and source availability can limit results. We do not claim all data is accessible without authentication or warrant permission to reuse it. We do not ask for or accept your Instagram credentials. We are not affiliated with Instagram or Meta.

The service is prepaid in USD. Standard calls currently cost $0.0004; documented two-hop calls cost $0.0008. Documented free endpoints are not billed. Only 2xx responses are billed; errors cost nothing. Minimum deposit is $5; some networks have a higher minimum shown at checkout. Current bonuses are 5%, 10%, 15% and 20% at $100, $200, $500 and $1,000. Balance does not expire; there is no subscription or monthly minimum. The pricing page and documentation show current rates.

Deposits are accepted in the coins and networks shown at checkout. USDT and USDC are credited 1:1 in USD; other coins are credited at the dollar rate quoted when the payment address is created. Each payment address is valid for one hour; payments that arrive later may be delayed or not credited. A payment up to 1% short of the requested amount is credited in full; a larger shortfall is credited for what arrived. Each network has a minimum deposit shown at checkout. Payments below the minimum, sent on another network or without a required memo may not be credited. Price changes are announced before taking effect and apply only to future calls. Existing deposits do not lock future per-call prices. Request or concurrency limits may return an unbilled 429.

Within 14 days of a deposit you may cancel and request return of unused paid balance. Promotional amounts are not cash purchases. Statutory withdrawal rights and any required express request or acknowledgement for early performance take precedence. Merely accepting these terms is not a substitute for legally required consent. See the refund policy. Mandatory remedies for defective or non-conforming service remain unaffected.

Do not use the service for harassment, stalking, doxxing, unlawful surveillance, facial recognition, biometric identification, re-identification of anonymised people, special-category profiling, targeting minors or compiling personal-data databases for sale. Do not train systems for those purposes, resell or proxy raw API access without substantial added functionality, circumvent limits or billing, evade suspensions, infringe rights or act unlawfully.

You choose what to retrieve, how to use it, who receives it and retention. Establish any necessary lawful basis and comply with applicable privacy, intellectual-property and contractual obligations, including Instagram terms binding on you. Answer rights requests concerning your processing. Our provision of a tool does not remove our own legal responsibilities.

Instagram can change, restrict or stop access. We do not guarantee endpoint continuity, uptime, accuracy, completeness or currentness. We publish status and provide material-change notice where practicable. These statements do not exclude mandatory consumer rights or conformity obligations.

You may stop using the service and request closure. We may suspend or terminate for material breach, abuse, compromise or legal requirements. Where practicable we give notice and an opportunity to remedy. Suspension does not automatically forfeit unused paid balance; investigations and refunds remain subject to applicable law.

To the extent legally permitted, the service is supplied as is and as available, implied warranties are excluded, aggregate liability is capped at fees paid in the preceding twelve months, and indirect or consequential losses, lost profit, business or data are excluded. Nothing excludes fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or liability and consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent lawful, you are responsible for reasonable losses and costs caused by claims resulting from your unlawful use or material breach. This does not cover our wrongdoing or impose obligations prohibited by consumer law.

Deposited funds must be lawfully yours. Do not breach applicable sanctions. We may request proportionate information or decline transactions. Our software, site and documentation remain ours; underlying Instagram content remains subject to its owners’ rights. You retain rights in your own work subject to those rights and acceptable-use restrictions.

We provide at least 14 days’ notice of material changes where practicable. You may stop using the service before changes take effect. Accrued statutory rights cannot be removed retroactively. Billing for supplied work, appropriate liability and intellectual-property provisions survive termination where their nature requires it.
