Instagram Place Search API

GET/search/places

Venue search. Instagram retired the standalone location-search screen, but the capability survives in the composer's place picker, which is what this calls. Single page — Instagram returns a typeahead-style list with no cursor, so ``has_more`` is always false.

$0.0004 per request ($0.40 per 1,000), flat. Only successful calls are billed.
