Instagram All Post Likers API

Every account that liked a post, as the full chronological list (up to ~1,000–2,000) in a single call — not the ranked ~100 of /posts/{post_id}/likers. Instagram sets the ceiling on very high-engagement posts; below it the list is complete, and there is no cursor. ``post_id`` accepts a shortcode, the bare media pk or the composite pk.

$0.0004 per request ($0.40 per 1,000), flat. Only successful calls are billed.

`data` holds the same `{ items, next_cursor, has_more }` shape as `/likers`, with many more users: the full liker list in one page, so `has_more` is always `false`.
