Instagram Add Yours Participants API

GET/stories/templates/{template_id}/participants

A page of accounts whose live story (last 24 hours) uses the template. Each item is ``{user, reel_pk}``. Instagram returns a fresh sample of about 200 per walk, so separate walks return overlapping, not identical, lists.

$0.0004 per request ($0.40 per 1,000), flat. Only successful calls are billed.

cursor	query	no	Opaque pagination cursor from a previous next_cursor

`data` holds one page as `{ items, next_cursor, has_more }`. Pass `next_cursor` back as `cursor` while `has_more` is true.
